Open Forum on church reconstruction -- April 20, 2008 2:30-4pm

Dear all,

 

On this coming Sunday afternoon at 2:30p, there will be an open forum for all choirs and groups within the Music Ministry to share their views and concerns towards the reconstruction of our church.

 

We welcome your input.  Be it your views whether the reconstruction is necessary and urgent, planning before the demolition of the existing structure, transitional period, or after moving into the new building.   We would like to hear from you.

 

I am going to sit in the meeting on behalf of the Evening Choir.  If you are unable to join the forum in person, please email or call me about your concerns.  I may then pass them on to the forum.
